Rice Pudding Recipe
Who doesn’t love homemade rice pudding? My mother-in-law always serves dessert after dinner. I am not usually a dessert kind of girl, but when we are with her, it seems so special. It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate. It could just be a small dish of ice cream with a cookie on the side.
The time we share sitting around after dinner, sometimes finishing our wine along with dessert, is just always a treasured time. I don’t make dessert much, mostly because my husband and I are always watching our weight. Still, I would like to have that special time with our family. I really want to try to make a little something for dessert a few times a week.
